With regards to first-party claims, and if approved by your state law,  we will decide the settlement amount independent of the primaries in the claim (you and your insurance company). Also, the resolution of the claim will be handled according to our discretion. Refunds will not be offered on first-party claims. 

 

We hold the right to reject service if a claim appears to be fraudulent or erroneous. Moreover, we reserve the right to deny service to clients who try to sway our opinions or valuations.
